AMENDED VERIFICATION PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS IN MALAYSIA
Effective 1 November 1999 all employment documents from Malaysian principals/employers must be certified by a Notary Public which has a valid authority from the Attorney-General of Malaysia prior to verification by the POLO.
Above procedures supercedes the requirement for certification by the Wisma Putra and a Commission for Oath on same documents.
