UNIFORM IMPLEMENTATION OF MC 90-125
It has been reported that Memorandum Circular No. 90-125* - WAIVER OF OCULAR/PHYSICAL INSPECTION OF MOTOR VEHICLES IN SPECIFIC CASES is not uniformly implemented in some district/extension offices. In view of this, you are hereby directed to strictly observed MC-90-125.
