ADOPTING OFFICE OF ENERGY AFFAIRS AND ENERGY REGULATORY BOARD RULES AND REGULATIONS
In implementation of R.A. 7638 creating the Department of Energy, all applicable rules and regulations, circulars and orders of the Office of Energy Affairs (OEA) and the Energy Regulatory Board (ERB) covering pertinent laws and issuances enforced by these agencies are hereby adopted by this Department until further directions.
