FURTHER AMENDING CIRCULAR NO. 1298 DATED JULY 29, 1991 TO EXTEND PESO DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT ON ELIGIBLE DEBTS
Further amending Circular No. 1298 dated July 29, 1991 to extend peso deposit requirement on eligible debts covered by the fourth round of Paris Club rescheduling up to March 31, 1993.
Pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution No. 1163 dated December 14, 1992 and in line with the extension of the consolidation period under the fourth round of Paris Club (PC 4) rescheduling, up to March 31, 1993, Circular 1298 is hereby further amended so as to extend the peso deposit requirement to eligible debts under said rescheduling maturing from January 1 to March 31, 1993.
It is understood that all other terms and conditions under said Circular not inconsistent herewith shall remain in force.
