SUBMISSION OF PROOFS OF REGISTRATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY VEHICLES



It is the policy of the Board to collate data and constantly monitor the number of authorized units registered by operators and in actual operation on their designated routes.

Accordingly, henceforth, all operators of motorized land-based public transportation services are hereby required to submit to the Management Information Division of the Board, within thirty (30) days from receipt of the Certificates of Public convenience, copies of the Certificates of Registration and Official Receipts of the authorized units thus registered.

Failure to comply with the requirement within the period herein prescribed shall be sufficient cause for the Board to automatically cancel or revoke the authority for the unit/s not registered.

This Memorandum Circular shall effect fifteen (15) days after filing of three (3) copies hereof with the U.P. Law Center, pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11 dated October 9, 1992.
