MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE CONCENTRATION OF BORIC ACID IN COSMETICS



Section 3 of Memorandum Circular No. 19-A s. 1992 or the restricted ingredients for use in Cosmetic Preparations, specifically on Boric Acid, is hereby amended to read —
"Table 1. List of Substances which Cosmetic Products Must Not Contain Except Subject To The Restrictions and Conditions Laid Down.
