[ SRA CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 37, S. 2004-2005, May 03, 2005 ]

RECLASSIFICATION OF CY 2004-2005 "C" OR RESERVE SUGAR INTO "B" OR DOMESTIC SUGAR



Pursuant to Sugar Order No.4-A, Series of 2004-2005, the reclassification of "C" world sugar into "B" domestic sugar involving "C" sugar production of week endings December 5, 12 & 19, 2004 shall be reclassified as scheduled, which is after twenty one (21) weeks (147 days) from the date of the week-ending period of production as indicated in the covering "C" quedans.

For the succeeding week ending productions of the "C" or Reserve sugar of CY 2004-2005, the SRA shall issue a Sugar Order/Circular Letter as to the schedule of its reclassification.

The "C" quedan-permits subject of reclassification shall be surrendered to the issuing mill companies when its corresponding "C" sugar (reclassified into "B" sugar) shall be withdrawn therefrom and stamped "RECLASSIFIED AS "B" OR DOMESTIC SUGAR PURSUANT TO S.O. NO.4-A, SERIES OF 2004-2005" by the SPROs assigned thereat.

This Circular Letter shall take effect immediately.
