SERVICE FEE FROM THE CONDUCT OF LEARNING SESSIONS ON WAGES AND PRODUCTIVITY
In the interest of the service and anent to Department Order No. 77-96 (series of 2006), all the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Boards (RTWPBs) are also granted authority to collect service fee of Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00) per participant from the conduct of Learning Sessions on Wages and Productivity.
The proceeds derived from the conduct of Learning Sessions shall be deposited in trust and shall be used only for purposes related to the Learning Sessions in accordance with DBM and COA rules and regulations.
The collection and utilization of said service fee shall be subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
This Order takes effect 02 January 2008.
