[ MMDA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 08, S. 2011, July 11, 2011 ]

AMENDING SECTIONS 3.5.1 AND 3.5.2 OF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 05-A, SERIES OF 2011, “REVISED IMPLEMENTING GUIDELINES FOR MMDA RESOLUTION NO. 11-02, SERIES OF 2011 X X X”



In the interest of public service, Sections 3.5.1 and 3.5.2, Memorandum Circular No. 05-A, Series of 2011, are hereby amended as follows,

“3.5.1    The owner/operator may use any type of paint provided that the same is visible even at night.

3.5.2    Size of the front mark shall not be less than 200mm x 400mm while the size of the side and back markings shall be at least one-third of the size of the roof mark.

3.5.3    Authorized routes shall be painted in front, side, and back of the PUV which shall not be less than 200mm and 400mm”

All provisions of Memorandum Circular No. 05-A, Series of 2011 inconsistent herewith are modified accordingly.
