MORATORIUM ON ACCREDITATION OF NEW MEDICAL FACILITIES AUTHORIZED TO CONDUCT MEDICAL EXAMINATION OF OVERSEAS FILIPINO (OFW) WORKERS AND SEAFARERS
To date, there are 114 OFW accredited clinics operating in Metro Manila. This number is enough to service the requirements of the departing OFWs. In view of this, a moratorium on the accreditation of new medical facilities is hereby imposed.
This moratorium is only applicable to Metro Manila.
