TENTATIVE RELEASE OF PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS UNDER CMO 51-92
In order to facilitate the resolution of cases involving pharmaceutical products whose CRF value is being questioned, importers shall be required upon application for tentative release under CMO 51-92 to submit a certified price list of the pharmaceutical products as being sold domestically in the Philippines. No application for tentative release of pharmaceutical products shall be acted upon without said price list.
All memoranda, order or regulations inconsistent herewith are deemed repealed or modified accordingly.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
