FURTHER LIBERALIZATION OF THE RULES ON QUOTA TRANSFERS
In order to maximize the utilization of all quotas for the remaining three (3) months of the quota regime, we are pleased to announce that all types of quota awards may now be transferred. This means that certain EA awards which previously cannot be transferred are now transferable under the Supervised Transfer Scheme. These include the following:
1. REA awards on Non-Critical categories (ACC R425)
2. REA awards under the Big Buyers Program (ACC R470)
3. Guarantee allocations (ACC F4)
4. Shifts over and above the regular limit (ACC H4)
This Circular shall takes effect immediately.
