DEFERMENT OF IMPLEMENTATION OF MC 2005-029



On September 2, 2005, this Board issued Memorandum Circular 2005-029, Re: VOLUNTARY AMNESTY PROGRAM FOR EXTENSION OF ROUTE OF PUBLIC UTILITY BUS SERVICE. In order for the Board to properly determine the demand of the riding public to establish public need in all proposed routes concerned, weighing vis-a-vis the rights of the affected operators, this Board resolves to defer the implementation of the aforesaid Memorandum Circular indefinitely, pending the final outcome of the study, survey and research on that matter that will be conducted by the Technical Working Group of this Board, subject to the approval of the Board En Banc.

All issuances, or parts thereof, inconsistent with this Memorandum Circular are hereby superseded, revoked and/or modified accordingly.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
