CLARIFICATORY MEMORANDUM



In connection with Memorandum Circular 2005-009, Re: Acceptance of Petitions/Applications for Extension of Validity of Expired Certificates of Public Convenience from 01 January 2004 up to 31 March 2005, and Memorandum Circular 2005-018, Re: Extension of Late Filing of Expired CPC, this Board clarifies that the penalty imposed in item no. 4, par. B of Memorandum Circular 2005-035, Re: EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION OF VALIDITY OF EXPIRED FRANCHISE WITH MODIFICATIONS, should be hereunder written and not as specified in the said Memorandum:

 

"b) TAXI/MEGA TAXI Services
  - Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 7,500) per unit"

This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith, and takes effect immediately.

SO ORDERED.
