OPENING OF COMBO ACCOUNT AND MODIFICATION OF SECTION 7 NO. 2 OF THE LENDING GUIDELINES AND POLICIES
Upon the motion of Adm. Omera H.D. Lucman and duly seconded by Adm. Arcadio S. Lozada, RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED that in connection with Resolution No. 162, s. 1995 dated April 20, 1995, setting aside a portion of the CRDLF to be the loan fund for cooperatives organized by indigenous communities, rebel returnees, agrarian reform beneficiaries, the disabled, women and the youth, a COMBO ACCOUNT under the CRDLF be OPENED as it is hereby OPENED with the bank where the CRDLF is deposited.
RESOLVED finally that Section 7, No. (2) of the Lending Guidelines and Policies approved pursuant to Resolution No. 162, s. 1995 be MODIFIED as it is hereby MODIFIED to read as follows:
"Section 7. General Documentary Requirements
1. x x x.
2. Project Feasibility Study together with the projected balance sheet and income statements, cash flows, loan budget and repayment schedule covering the period of five (5) years for long-term loans and two (2) years for short-term loans."
