[ LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2005-042, November 18, 2005 ]
SUBMISSION OF CERTIFICATE OF YEAR MODEL
In line with the modernization program of the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) and the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), all grantees of Certificates of Public Convenience to Operate Public Utility Bus Service, Airconditioned or Regular, Provincial or Metro Manila Routes, are strictly ordered to submit the Certification of Year Model of all their authorized units up to January 16, 2006. Failure to comply with this Memorandum shall render their authorized unit not supported with Certification as phased-out units. Submission of spurious and tampered Certification shall subject the grantee to a penalty of suspension or cancellation of CPC.
PUB Operators with phased-out units are ordered to refleet their units which will conform with the existing guidelines of this Board regarding substitution of PUB units.
This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuance inconsistent herewith, and takes effect immediately.
