[ LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2005-044, November 18, 2005 ]

EXEMPTION TO MC 2005-006



Due to the clamor of Tourist Rent-a Car Transport Service operators for the exemption with the implementation MC 2005-006, Re: Additional Marking Requirement for All Public Utility Service dated March 1, 2005, the Board hereby exempts Tourist Rent-a-Car Transport Service in the implementation of the said Memorandum Circular, and reinstates the effectivity of Memorandum Circular 2004-011, Re: Amendment to Memorandum Circular 2003-011 (Reclassifying Tourist Transport Services) dated May 26, 2004 with regard to Tourist Rent-a-Car Transport Service, wherein it specifically mentioned that " x x x These vehicles must have no body markings".

This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith, and takes effect immediately.
