SUSPENSION OF FILING OF DROPPING AND SUBSTITUTION, SUBSTITUTION, AND INCLUSION OF UNIT/S
Considering that the Board is now on the second phase of the Rationalization Program, this Board hereby suspends the filing of Petition/s for Dropping and Substitution of authorized PUB units in Metro Manila, until further Order by this Board. Petition/s and Motion/s for inclusion are likewise suspended unless for justifiable reasons to be solely determined by the Board. However, grantees of CPC to operate PUB Service in Metro Manila are allowed to file Petition for Dropping of Authorized PUB units.
This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith, and takes effect after fifteen (15) days following its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
