[ PEZA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2012-006, February 02, 2012 ]
PEZA’S E-PAYMENT FACILITIES
Memorandum Order No. 2011-011 entitled “Guidelines in Availment of PEZA’s E-Payment Facilities” dated 29 December 2011 should also cover PEZA-registered enterprises. Effective immediately therefore, PEZA-registered enterprises availing of PEZA’s e-payment facilities for their import and export shipments shall comply with the conditions set forth in Memorandum Order No. 2011-011.
Further, initial deposits in the pre-payment accounts with a minimum amount of P20,000.00, whether paid in cash or check, shall be made at the PEZA Head Office, Pasay City or at the public economic zones in Baguio City and Mactan. Check payments will be subject to the usual clearing before being credited to the account.
