[ LTO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. AHS-2008-943, February 01, 2008 ]
COLLECTION OF COMPUTER FEES
Upon successful completion of the functional and operational testing, Certificates of Acceptance of an IT Facility (CAIFs) for the modules of the Motor Vehicle Registration System (MVRS), Driver's Licensing System (DLS) and Law Enforcement and Traffic Adjudication System (LETAS) were issued for Agoo Extension Office.
Accordingly, pursuant to the LTO Information Technology Project Build-Own-Operate Agreement of the User Acceptance Test (UAT) Plan, you are hereby directed to commence the collection of the below specified computer fee for MVRS, DLS and LETAS module applicable to your respective site as follows;
This Memorandum Circular shall take effect after publication in three (3) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
