CORRIGENDUM TO DECS ORDER NO. 67, s. 1992 (EDUCATIONAL SERVICE CONTRACTING AND TUITION FEE SUPPLEMENT AT THE SECONDARY LEVEL SY 1992-1993)



1.  To enable this Department to have a uniform baseline for the granting of subsidy to private education under the Education Service Contracting (ESC) Scheme for SY 1993-1994, public secondary school principals are hereby authorized to declare an excess or overflow in enrolment when registration in individual classes reaches fifty (50).  A certification for ESC shall be issued by the principal to excess or overflow students to enable the latter to enrol in ESC participating private secondary schools.

2.  This guideline is being issued as a corrigendum to item b of Procedural Management of DECS Order No. 67, s. 1992, to wit:
"Students enrolled after the school quota as determined by the Regional Director has been filled, are considered excess or overflow."
3.  Immediate dissemination of this Order to all concerned is directed.
