ADDITIONAL PRIORITY COURSES FOR STUDY GRANTEES UNDER THE PRIVATE EDUCATION STUDENT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE (PESFA) AND STUDY-NOW-PAY-LATER PLAN (SNPLP) PROGRAMS



1.      The following is a list of additional national priority courses in the degree and non-degree programs for PESFA/SNPLP effective SY 1993-1994.  This is an addendum to Enclosure No. 2 of DECS Order No. 140, s. 1991 and DECS Order No. 17, s. 1992.

2.      These courses were selected by the chiefs of the higher education divisions of the DECS regional offices in coordination with the NEDA Regional Council and were based on national relevance, employment needs, and further development of our economic potentials.

3.      A grantee under the PESFA/SNPLP Programs is requested to enrol in a school/college/university within the region where he/she is domiciled unless the course he/she wants to pursue is not offered in any school in his/her region.

4.      Immediate dissemination of this Order to all concerned is desired.
