AUTHENTICATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT FOR MALTA
Based on the DFA list of territorial and consular jurisdiction of foreign service posts, Malta falls under the jurisdiction of the Philippine Embassy in Tripoli. Authentication, therefore, of employment contracts of Filipinos who wish to work in Malta should be coursed through the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) in Tripoli, Libya.
In this regard, only employment documents of Filipino workers recruited to work in Malta which are verified by the Philippine Overseas Labor Office in Tripoli, Libya shall be accepted for processing at POEA.
