SPECIAL SHIFTING PROVIDE UNDER RP-US BILATERAL AGREEMENT
1. Relative to GTEB Memorandum No. 93-02 dated 12 April 1993 re the above subject, please be informed that the Board on 01 June 1993 approved and confirmed its resolution allowing individual firms to avail of the shift over and above the allowable percentages of the shift.
2. In this regard, all exporters who are interested to avail of the shift are enjoined to submit their request on or before 30 June 1993 for evaluation on whether the balances from shift can still accommodate total requests.
3. Please be informed further that after the 30 June 1993 deadline, firms may still apply for shift provided there are still available balances on the respective categories.
