[ PPA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 14-2005, October 20, 2005 ]

Pursuant to PPA Board Resolution No. 2038 dated October 17, 2005, a fifteen percent (15%) across-the-board interim increase in arrastre and stevedoring services for domestic cargoes.

The Commercial Services Department shall within fifteen (15) days from date of issuance of this Circular, make the necessary adjustments in the existing cargo handling tariffs under Manila North Harbor.

This Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after the completion of its publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
