IMPLEMENTING GUIDELINES OF THE GRAINS PRODUCTION ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM
The Implementing Guidelines of the Grain Production Enhancement Program (GPEP) is hereby issued for reference and guidance of all government and non-government agencies as well as rice and corn farmers.
In order that the implementation of the GPEP is undertaken efficiently and effectively, all Regional Field Offices, participating Bureaus and Attached Agencies are expected to give priority to the operationalization of the program and undertake their mandate, as guided by the Implementing Guidelines.
The support and full cooperation of the concerned Local Government Units through their agricultural extension service units is vital and therefore must be secured.
This Order supersedes all other Administrative Orders inconsistent herewith and shall take effect immediately.
