OCOM CLEARANCE AS REQUIREMENT FOR RELEASE OF SHIPMENTS OF PLASTIC RAW MATERIALS
With the recent developments brought about by the apprehension of imported misdeclared plastic raw materials, effective immediately, no imported plastic raw materials, such as but not limited to “resins”, shall be processed/released without securing prior Clearance from the Office of the Commissioner (Attn: VRIS-OCOM).
