INCLUSION OF CO-AGENT IN INFORMATION SHEET FOR WORKERS DEPLOYED TO TAIWAN
In order to facilitate processing of documents in the accreditation of principals at the Facilitation and Review Office (FARO), all concerned agencies/entities accredited to deploy Filipino workers to Taiwan are hereby required to supply and enter the name of the co-agent, if there is any, into the information sheet provided by the Philippine Labor Center in Taiwan. Please refer to the attached sheet* for your guidance. This information is required specially if the principal belongs to a co-agent to avoid confusion during accreditation as well as maintain discipline and order among lead agents and co-agents serving principals in Taiwan.
Said information sheets are submitted to the Philippine Labor Center together with other documents required for verification.
This circular takes effect immediately.
