[ PPP MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 57-93, October 07, 1993 ]
1993 REVISED EQUIPMENT RENTAL RATES
Effective November 1, 1993, Rental Rates for the use and/or lease of all NIA construction equipment and motor vehicles shall be in accordance with the attached Revised Rental Rates for all NIA Equipment. * The rental rates were revised to cope up with the current price increases in equipment acquisition, replacement parts, labor and wages and other ownership costs of equipment.
Rental terms and conditions shall be subject to applicable provisions of Memorandum Circular No. 42, Series 1968, Rules and Regulations in the Use and/or Lease of NIA Construction Equipment and Motor Vehicles.
Strict compliance hereof is enjoined.
