EXTENSION OF TIME FOR FILING OF APPLICATIONS FOR EXTENSION OF VALIDITY RECEIVED UNDER THE FUSE-UP PROGRAM



All applications for extension of validity received by the Board for franchise verification from the Management Information Division (MID) under the Frontline Units Services Enhancement and Upgrading Project (FUSE-UP) for data screening and/or for assessment of fees by the Technical Evaluation Division (TED) on or before the expiry date of the Certificate of Public Convenience shall be allowed for assessment without penalty until May 31, 2010 and thereafter shall be officially received.

All issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby superseded and amended accordingly. This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
