SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF ROSAL INFRASTRUCTURE BUILDERS
In view of the rescission of the contract of ROSAL INFRASTRUCTURE BUILDERS for the Rehabilitation of Baguio City-Agoo Road (Marcos Highway) Baguio City, upon recommendation of the OIC, Regional Director, Cordillera Administrative Region, due to unsatisfactory performance or contract violations, the said Contractor and its Proprietor/Owner ROSANNA F. SURLA are hereby suspended/blacklisted in the DPWH and its line agencies from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract for a period of one (1) year effective this date.
Further to the above, all concerned are directed not to pay or cause to be paid any sum of money to Rosal Infrastructure Builders unless and until it had satisfied in full all its obligations to the Government in connection with the rescinded contract herein mentioned.
