[ LTO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. AHS-2010-1321, June 15, 2010 ]
TEST VEHICLES FOR THE PRACTICAL DRIVING EXAMINATION
Pending approval of the DOTC (Department of Transportation and Communications) on the proposed Administrative Order concerning the provision of test vehicles for the practical driving examination, all applicants for driver’s license shall be advised to provide the vehicle they will use during the practical driving examination. The applicant has the option to use his own vehicle, borrow, or rent a car.
Be informed that at this point in time, the undersigned has not authorized any entity or organization to provide test vehicles for a certain fee to those who are applying for driver’s license.
All concerned employees are instructed to post this Memorandum at a conspicuous place of LTO offices/premises, for the information of all driver license applicants.
Previous orders and memoranda in conflict herewith shall be deemed repealed.
Any employee who will violate this instruction shall be dealt with accordingly.
