AUTHENTICATION OF CERTIFICATES LICENSES/DOCUMENTS BY MARINA
Notice is hereby given that effective 15 April 2010 the following documents/ certificates shall be authenticated by the Records Section, Administrative and Finance Office, MARINA with a fee of P175.00 inclusive of documentary stamp.
1. Qualification Document Certificate (QDC)
2. Seafarers Identification & Record Book (SIRB)
3. Harbor Pilots License Certificates
4. Ratings obtained in the Harbor Pilot Examination
5. Major Patrons License Certificates
6. Minor Patrons License Certificates
7. Boat Captains Certificates
8. Motorboat Operators License Certificates
9. Marine Diesel Mechanics License Certificates
10. Accreditation Certificates issued to Training Centers
Authority to Accept Payment (ATAP) shall be secured from the Manpower Development Office.
