PROCESSING AND RELEASE OF SEAFARER’S IDENTIFICATION AND RECORD BOOKS (SIRBS)
Notice is hereby given that the processing and release of Seafarer’s Identification and Record Books (SIRBs) will be in accordance with the Standard Processing Time (SPT) as provided under item XI of MARINA Circular No. 2009-10 (Revised Rules on the Issuance of Enhanced Seafarer’s Identification and Record Book (SIRB).
All MARINA Advisories relative to the above subject matter are hereby REVOKED, to wit:
1. MARINA Advisory No. 2009-20 dated August 11, 2009;
2. MARINA Advisory No. 2009-21 dated August 19, 2009;
3. MARINA Advisory No. 2009-24 dated August 28, 2009;
4. MARINA Advisory No. 2009-30 dated October 1, 2009; and
5. MARINA Advisory No. 2009-34 dated December 3, 2009.
For information and guidance.
All MARINA Advisories relative to the above subject matter are hereby REVOKED, to wit:
1. MARINA Advisory No. 2009-20 dated August 11, 2009;
2. MARINA Advisory No. 2009-21 dated August 19, 2009;
3. MARINA Advisory No. 2009-24 dated August 28, 2009;
4. MARINA Advisory No. 2009-30 dated October 1, 2009; and
