[ POEA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 15, S. 2002, October 10, 2002 ]

UNCLAIMED ARTIST RECORD BOOKS (ARBS)



Further to Memorandum Circular No. 15, Series of 2001, this Office enjoins all concerned overseas performing artists (OPAs) to claim their respective ARBs which they applied for and/or obtained from POEA not later than October 31, 2002.  Beyond this date, the same will be turned over to TESDA.

Accordingly, all unclaimed/expired ARBs within three (3) years from the date of issuance and publication of this Circular shall be subject to proper disposition in accordance with the existing guidelines on General Record Disposition Schedule (GRDS).

All licensed agencies deploying OPAs, accredited training centers and industry associations are hereby requested to advise their concerned OPAs and assist in the dissemination of this information.
