MANDATORY COLOR SCHEME FOR SCHOOL TRANSPORT SERVICE
In order to properly and easily identify School Transport Services and for the protection of its passengers, all grantees of Certificate/s of Public Convenience Authorized to Operate School Transport Service are hereby directed to adopt “YELLOW” color scheme. All Units shall be subject to inspection before the Board with the following schedules:
Plate Nos. Ending 1 and 7 - July 2 and 8 - August 3 and 9 - September 4 and 0 - October 5 and 6 - November
Failure to comply within the period prescribed by this Memorandum Circular shall be subject to a penalty of P500.00 per month delay.
This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith, and takes effect immediately.
