AMENDMENT ON MC 2006-009



For better and organize implementation of MC 2006-009, Re: MODIFICATIONS TO MC 2002-003, Re: YEARLY ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND STICKER FOR PUBLIC UTILITY VEHICLES, dated February 1, 2006, this Board hereby amends portion of the first paragraph of the said MC, which should now read as follows:

 

“x x x. The Board is now adopting an innovation in the implementation of the same. Starting 01 May 2006, instead of the Certificate of Public Convenience and Sticker to be secured yearly by the grantees of Certificate/s of Public convenience, the Board shall now issue a Reverse Adhesive Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) Sticker incorporating therein at the front the type of denomination authorized and the signature of the Chairperson and the Board Members with five (5) blank spaces, representing every year of registration in the five year span of the CPC.”

This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith, and takes effect immediately.
