AMENDMENT ON MC 2005-023
After careful study and survey conducted by the Technical Working Group regarding the concerns of the Applicants for Conversion to P2P Express (AUV/Van express) on the matter of terminal requirement under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the AUV/Van Express Service as per Memorandum Circular 2005-023, the Board is amending the said Memorandum Circular so as to exclude Item B(8) thereof, and is now dispensing the Minimum Requirement for Terminals.
The AUV Secretariat is hereby directed to comply with this Memorandum Circular for the orderly disposition of Applications for Conversion to P2P Express (AUV/Van Express).
This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith, and takes effect immediately.
