INSTRUCTING THE QUEDAN AND RURAL CREDIT GUARANTEE CORPORATION (QUEDANCOR) TO IMMEDIATELY REMIT THE COLLECTIONS ON THE ACCEPTED RECEIVABLES; CALF COLLECTION AND RETURN TO ACPC ALL TRANSFERRED FUNDS UNDER ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 10 DATED JUNE 18, 2001
To ensure that the increase in credit needs of the small farmers and fisherfolk being served by ACPC is sustained continuously and efficiently, QUEDANCOR is hereby instructed to do the following:
1. Remit immediately to ACPC all collections received by Quedancor under the accepted receivables.
2. Remit to ACPC the CALF collection for the period covering January 1, 2002 to March 31, 2008.
3. Return to ACPC the transferred funds under AO 10 in the total amount of P400 M representing P300 M GMA CARES fund and P100 M Capital Guarantee Fund allocated for GFSME.
