REVISED SCHEDULE OF LTO ADMINISTRATIVE FEES AND CHARGES ON MOTOR VEHICLE/MOTORCYCLE PLATES



In compliance with Executive Order No. 218 dated 15 March 2000 as implemented by DOF-DBM Joint Circular 2000-2 dated 04 April 2000 the following revised schedule of LTO administrative fees and charges on motor vehicle/motorcycle plates revising DOTC Department Order No. 93-693, are hereby approved for implementation:

All other existing fees, penalties and fines not herein listed shall be continued to be enforced at the same rate.

The revised rates herein prescribed shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines and shall take effect fifteen (15) days thereafter.

All Department Memorandum Orders, Circulars and other Administrative issuances in conflict with this department order are hereby deemed revoked, amended or revised accordingly.

III. EFFECTIVITY. This order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after receipt of copies thereof by the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR), U.P. Law Center, Diliman, Quezon City and publication thereof in two (2) newspapers of general nationwide circulation.
