NINETY (90) DAYS EXTENSION OF EWD REQUIREMENT



In view of the directive of the Secretary of the Department of Transportation and Communications to give more time for public dissemination and for motorists to secure Early Warning Device (EWD) as a permanent accessory of all motor vehicles and as a mandatory requirement for registration thereof, additional 90 days extension to comply is hereby granted starting 21 August 1995.
