REITERATION ON THE 32 DAYS PROCESSING FOR CHANGE CLASSIFICATION AND DUPLICATE PLATES



This is to reiterate the herein attached Memorandum Circular No. RIB-2007-860* dated 2 August 2007, regarding the 32 Days Processing for Change Classification and Duplicate Plates with the instruction that alt processes, procedures and guidelines stated thereat, be strictly complied with.

Furthermore, it is hereby directed that extension of authority to use Improvised/ Temporary plate is no longer allowed.
