(NAR) VOL. 6 NO. 3 / JULY - SEPTEMBER 1995

[ MTRCB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 95-007, April 05, 1995 ]

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES

Please be informed that effective immediately, the Board will NO LONGER HONOR the following modes of payment for registration fees:

1. Stale checks
2. Endorsed checks
3. Out of town checks, except those drawn by the Government
4. Post dated checks
5. Checks made payable to anyone except the Movie & Television Review and Classification Board or MTRCB.

Registrants, especially those in the provinces, who wish to send their registration documents and payment thru mail or courier service are advised that the Board will only accept payment in any of the following:

1. Postal Money Order payable to the MTRCB.
2. Demand Draft payable to the MTRCB.
3. Manager's Check or Cashier's Check payable to the MTRCB.

To avoid any irregularities, we discourage the sending of cash thru courier service as registration payment. Cash payments will be accepted if the registrant or representative pays directly to our cashier. If you wish your booker to do the registration for you, please demand from your booker an Official Receipt of the payment made and the corresponding Certificate of Registration.

Please be advised further that the Board does not have collectors. Payments must be made directly to our Office Cashier.

For your information and compliance.

Adopted: 5 Apr. 1995

Chairman
