THE POLICY AND PROCEDURAL GUIDELINES (PPG) FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE INVESTIGATION, PROSECUTION AND RESOLUTION OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT CASES
RESOLVED, to APPROVE and CONFIRM the Policy and Procedural Guidelines (PPG) for the Administrative Investigation, Prosecution and Resolution of Sexual Harassment Cases.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that PPG No. 165-02 is hereby SUPERSEDED.
A copy of the draft PPG* for the Administrative Investigation, Prosecution and Resolution of Sexual Harassment cases submitted by the Chief Investigation Officer in her Memorandum dated 22 March 2011 is hereto attached and made an integral part of this resolution.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that PPG No. 165-02 is hereby SUPERSEDED.
