(NAR) VOL. 6 NO. 3 / JULY - SEPTEMBER 1995

[ MTRCB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 94-012, April 05, 1994 ]

RE-ISSUE OF FILMS

This is to clarify and reiterate the rules on the re-issue of films.

1. Old films that are applied for review must state that they are "RE-ISSUE" whether they carry the same old title or a new one.

2. All publicity materials-layouts, photo frames, posters and billboards - must have the word "RE-ISSUE" printed below the title of the film. The word "RE-ISSUE" must be big enough to be clearly seen and read.

Surely no one wants to deceive the movie-going public. Let us all cooperate on this matter.

Thank you.
