(NAR) VOL. 6 NO. 3 / JULY - SEPTEMBER 1995

[ MTRCB CIRCULAR NO. 94-022, August 30, 1994 ]

FILM CONDITION CERTIFICATION

Please be informed that it is the policy of this Board to inspect the material condition of the film while it is being reviewed. Our projectionist is tasked to personally check and make a certification as to whether the film contains splices or not.

Your representative is required to sign this certification, the truth of which can easily be ascertained by a physical examination of the print while the movie is being reviewed or immediately thereafter.

The film condition certificate, duly signed by both the MTRCB projectionist and the films representative, shall be a condition-precedent to the classification of the movie and the preparation of the Permit to Exhibit.

Please be guided accordingly.

Adopted: 30 Aug. 1994

Chairman
