SUSPENSION OF THE REQUIREMENT OF MARINA TO SUBMIT QUARTERLY REPORT OF FINANCES AND OPERATIONS UNDER SECTION 8(8.6.2), RULE III OF THE REVISED IMPLEMENTING RULES+ AND REGULATIONS (R-IRR) OF REPUBLIC ACT (RA) NO. 9295
The required submission by the domestic shipowners or operators of the Quarterly Report of Finances and Operations together with a copy of the Official Receipt of Quarterly and Monthly Common Carrier’s Tax and other related payments to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), sixty (60) days after each quarter, is hereby SUSPENDED.
However, the required submission of the Annual Report of Finances and Operations (ARFO) for the preceding or previous year, every June 30th of the following year, as required by the R-IRR of R.A. 9295 and MARINA Memorandum Circular No. 188, shall continue to be enforced.
Finally, this authority is not precluded from requiring the submission of Quarterly Financial and Operational Reports or any other document related thereto as may be deemed necessary.
