APPROVING THE RETITLING OF THE TRAINING REGULATIONS FOR TRAINERS QUALIFICATION LEVEL I (TQI) AND TRAINERS QUALIFICATION LEVEL II (TQII) TO TRAINERS METHODOLOGY LEVEL I AND TRAINERS METHODOLOGY LEVEL II
WHEREAS, Board Resolution No. 2010-16 the Training Regulations for Trainers Qualification Level I (TQI) and Trainers Qualification Level II (TQII) was issued on November 25, 2010 during the 76th TESDA Board Meeting;
WHEREAS, during the Technical Working Group (TWG) meeting on March 25, 2011 upon the request of the TESDA Secretariat for the re-titling of the Training Regulations (TRs) on Trainers Qualification (TQ) Level I and Trainers Qualification (TQ) Level II, the TWG who originally presented the Training Regulation on Trainers Qualification Level I (TQI) and Trainers Qualification Level II (TQII) to the Standard Setting and Systems Development (SSSD) Committee agreed to the re-titling of the aforementioned Training Regulations to Trainers Methodology Level I and Trainers Methodology Level II and that such re-titling will not affect the content and substance of the said Training Regulations;
WHEREAS, during the 76th EXCOM-TESDA Board Meeting on 23 May 2011, the Board agreed to recommend for approval the aforesaid re-titling of the Training Regulations for Trainers Qualification Level I (TQ I) and Trainers Qualification Level II (TQ II) to Training Regulations on Trainers Methodology Level I and Trainers Methodology Level II;
WHEREAS, in the 79th TESDA Board Meeting on 25 May 2011 at 2:00 p.m., the TESDA Board considered and approved the re-titling of the Training Regulations for Trainers Qualification Level I (TQ I) and Trainers Qualification Level II (TQ II) to Training Regulations on Trainers Methodology Level I and Trainers Methodology Level II;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the TESDA Board in its meeting today, 25 May 2011 at 2:00 p.m., approves the re-titling of the Training Regulations for Trainers Qualification I (TQI) and Trainers Qualification II (TQII) to Training Regulations on trainers Methodology Level I* and Trainers Methodology Level II* respectively;
BE IT RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this Resolution and Training Regulations be published and disseminated to all concerned, and the same shall be effective fifteen (15) days upon publication. All programs registered under these training regulations must comply with the requirements of the aforementioned training regulations. Graduates of TVET trainers development programs covered by the aforementioned training regulations shall be required to undergo mandatory assessment under the national assessment and certification program.
