EFFECTIVITY OF PHILPOST ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 05-17
RE: IMPOSITION OF 10% VAT ON DOMESTIC POSTAGE AND OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES .… DATED 20 DECEMBER 2005
As instructed by the Postmaster General and due to lack of time to notify our bulk mailers, Philpost Administrative Order No. 05-17, dated 20 December 2005 shall take effect on 16 January 2006.
Regional Directors, District Postal Managers, Postmasters, Account Officers, Marketing Specialists and other Supervisory officials shall see to it that the Philpost Administrative Order No. 05-17 and this Order are given the widest dissemination.
