LAC CLEARANCE TO DEPART FOR INCOMPLETE GROUPS OF PERFORMING ARTISTS (PAS)
Performing Artists contracted as a group per Booking contract must leave together as contracted.
In instances where for valid reasons the departing Performing Artists are incomplete the deploying agency must secure a LAC clearance from the Director, Pre-Employment Services Office (PSO).
Agencies concerned must indicate their basis for such request and the actual date of departure of the PAs.
The Employment Contract Processing Branch (ECPB) is tasked to evaluate the request of the agency and determine if the request is justified and issuance of the clearance is in order.
